The Simulation Facilitator course is a three-day course designed to teach participants how to effectively facilitate simulations. This training will teach facilitators to assist in delivering quality simulation activities including facilitating skills, creating simulation activities that focus on strong objectives, simulation scenario design and many opportunities to practice.

1. Define and apply debriefing methods to simulation and demonstrate effective debriefing skills
2. Identify five different simulation applications that use multiple levels of technology, fidelity and moulage.
3. Create objective-based simulation scenarios that include team training, making scenario objectives, pre-briefing and debriefing simulation activities.

1. Participants will self-report an increase in their confidence level after the course in developing simulation training scenarios, setting up scenarios, debriefing a simulation, and dealing with difficult situations involving a simulation experience.
2. Participants will self-report one change they will make to their practice or performance as a result of this education.
