ACCME Objectives
  1. Review current well-being research and practices.
  2. List methods to implement well-being activities with their teams.
  3. Collaborate with well-being experts and advocates.

ANCC Learning Outcomes
  1. Learners will self report increased confidence and ability to implement well-being activities with their teams.
  2. Learners will self report greater awareness of how to access well being resources.

Registration

Attention! This Summit has four different dates, and will take place in different locations. Please select and register for the date you plan to attend.

Date/Locations: 

Monday March 23- St George, UT

Monday April 13- Denver, CO

Monday April 20- Salt Lake City, UT

Tuesday April 21- Salt Lake City, UT

Physician and APP registrants- Choose the date you will attend and the Physician/APP registration option.

All other Caregivers (anyone else who is registering)- Choose the date you will attend and the "All other Caregivers" registration option.

Physician and APP- $150 registration fee

All other Caregivers- $10 registration fee
