The Empower and Lead: Professional Nursing Development Series provides nurse leaders professional development through research-based education to improve leadership skills and supports the Intermountain Nursing Professional Practice Model and the Intermountain Leadership Competencies.

1. Participants will self-report an increase in their knowledge and ability to implement leadership skills with their teams.
2. Participants will self-report one change they will make to their practice or communication style as a result of this educational series.
