CT in congenital heart disease is an emerging field. This course focuses on the knowledge base required to perform this specialized skill set, consisting of didactic and mentored case review.

1. Describe patient preparation for performance of CT in CHD
2. Review CT acquisition for patients with CHD
3. Analyze the application of CT datasets to inform intervention in CHD

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of Intermountain Health, Intermountain Children's Health, Department of Pediatrics at the University of Utah School of Medicine. Intermountain Health is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

 MOC Part II Credit

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the activity, with individual assessments of the participant and feedback to the participant, enables the participant to earn 25* MOC points in the American Board of Pediatrics’ (ABP) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABP MOC credit. 

American Board of Internal Medicine:

 Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 25* MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certi?cation (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
