Engaging educational experiences using simulations and multidisciplinary approaches. Case studies and discussion regarding physiology and telehealth processes.

1. Discuss current research and best practices in the field of neonatology.
2. Analyze and discuss complex neonatology cases.
3. Identify caregiver communication methods that minimize parental stress and anxiety.

1. Nurses will self-report one change they will make to their clinical practice or communication approach as a result of this education.
