The Annual Hospitalist Conference is a system-wide meeting of Intermountain Healthcare Hospitalists. One of the goals of this conference is to build relationships, enhance collaboration, engage with system and service line leaders to better understand senior leadership vision and KPI's, and to engage in clinical learning.

1. Evaluate the role of social determinants of health in strengthening our communities and supporting the health of our patients.
2. Develop a vision for the Hospitalists role in it in the coming year
3. Discuss the current state of the COVID-19 pandemic and how we have strengthened through lessons learned, and the path ahead as we face disruptors on multiple fronts
4. Review Intermountain’s vision, and all of our role in positioning Intermountain to provide the best care for our patients and our communities
5. Discuss Intermountain Nevada and growth strategies in the Nevada market
6. Evaluate the vision for Intermountain Medical Group and Community Based Care and the hospitalist role for the upcoming year
