Overview
This annual Cardiovascular Update is intended for physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and all healthcare professionals caring for patients with, or at risk for, cardiovascular diseases.

ACCME Objectives
  1. Review new and important information regarding cardiovascular disease
  2. Discuss latest advances in the management of cardiovascular disease

ANCC Learning Outcomes
  1. Nurses will self-report one change that they will make to their practice or performance as a result of this education.
  2. Nurses will self-report that their knowledge increased regarding the care of patients with cardiovascular disease as a result of this education.

Registration

This a hybrid event both in person and virtual viewing options available.  Please select attendance preference during registration. 

The registration fee for this conference has been covered for all Intermountain Health caregivers and affiliated partners.

$50 – Non-Intermountain Physicians
$35 – All other non-Intermountain attendees

Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy: Full (100%) registration reimbursement for cancellation more than 14 days prior to the beginning of the activity. Half (50%) registration reimbursement for cancellation between four (4) and fourteen (14) days prior to the beginning of the activity. No reimbursement for cancellation three (3) days or less prior to the beginning of the activity.

Exceptions: Exceptions may be allowed only under extenuating circumstances and with approval from the IPCE Director, IPCE Medical Director, and VP for IPCE

Intermountain Health is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

This live activity offers a maximum of 6.0* nursing contact hours. Successful completion is attending no less than 1 full session and claiming credit only for sessions attended. No commercial support has been received for this event.

 

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 6* MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
