Objectives
  1. Review health, quality, and equity outcome measures affected by language barriers.
  2. Discuss structural obstacles impacting language access and inclusion.
  3. Explore different frameworks to contextualize language, equity, and identity in healthcare settings.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of Intermountain Healthcare, Primary Children's Hospital and the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Utah School of Medicine.
