Overview
This series provides pediatric behavioral health providers and staff opportunities for learning about evidenced based topics related to their practice.

ACCME Objectives
  1. Promote safe and efficient patient care in accordance with evidence-base practice.
  2. Discuss interventions and treatments appropriate to specific types of behavioral health patients and implement them into daily practice.
  3. Promote multidisciplinary education and communication among behavioral health care providers.

ANCC Learning Outcomes
  1. Participants will self-report an increase in their knowledge regarding evidence based research, practice and care models to support their personal patient care practices.
  2. Participants will self-identify one change they will make to their practice or performance based on what they have learned by participating in Pediatric Behavioral Health Grand Rounds

Accreditation:  This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of Intermountain Healthcare, Primary Children’s Hospital, and the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Utah School of Medicine.  Intermountain Healthcare is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

 AMA Credit:  Intermountain Healthcare designates this live activity for a maximum of 1AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™.  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Nursing Accreditation

Intermountain Healthcare is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
