Overview

This conference is designed to enable the learner to evaluate and treat breastfeeding problems that are commonly seen in the early breastfeeding experience.

This conference must be attended in person, a hub location will be provided after registration is complete.



Objectives
  1. Staff will self-report an increase in their knowledge and skills regarding how to provide education to families regarding exclusive breastfeeding.
  2. Staff will self-report an increase in their knowledge and skills regarding how to support exclusive breastfeeding for all infants who can be breast fed and all mothers who can breast feed.

Accreditation

Intermountain Healthcare is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

This live activity offers a maximum of 23.25* nursing contact hours. Successful completion is attendance at the entire event and completion of a post-test.
