Overview
Schwartz Rounds offers our healthcare workforce a regularly scheduled time during their fast-paced work lives to openly and honestly share perspectives and discuss the social and emotional issues they face in caring for patients and families. We hope this will encourage and support a more compassionate community that is felt by our patients and families.

  1. Recognize gaps within the medical field while fostering a safe environment for open communication.

ANCC Learning Outcomes
  1. Participants will self-report increased insight into the social and emotional aspects of patient care.
  2. Participants will self-report an increased level of confidence in the management of stress
  3. Participants will self-report one change they will implement into their practice as a result of this education
