This is an learning activity for pediatric Advance Practice Providers to present and learn from other pediatric APP specialists and provide collaboration between specialists.

1. Discuss current literature regarding evidence based practice for various topics in pediatrics.

1. Nurse Practitioners will self-report an increase in knowledge and skill to care for pediatric patients.
2. Nurse Practitioners will self-report an enhancement in their professional relationships with other pediatric Nurse Practitioners, indicating improved collaboration and stronger collegial connections.
