Participants will strengthen interpretation and analysis of new and landmark professional articles related to the Critical Care specialty for the purpose of application and improving clinical practice.

1. Analyze and interpret professional articles
2. List current knowledge or evidence related to one's specialty.
3. Discuss implications the monthly article has for practice in Critical Care
4. Discuss related current research related to the Critical Care environment
