The purpose of the Pharmacy RSS is to promote professional development of pharmacists and technicians within Intermountain Healthcare. Pharmacy caregivers used a patient-centered approach in collaboration with other providers on the health care team to optimize patient health outcomes. Continuing pharmacy education (CPE) enhances the ability of pharmacy caregivers to collect, assess, plan, implement, and follow-up/evaluation patient care interventions.
