Review radiology cases with exceptional interpretations as well as cases with improvement opportunities. The purpose is to improve individual interpretive abilities of participants, discuss system-wide changes to prevent errors, and optimize patient care in the Imaging Department.

1. Identify error-prone parts of our medical imaging system and discover ways to improve or remedy those components of the system.
