NICU Journal Club is a an educational meeting in which NICU providers staff present and discuss neonatology literature that is topic or case based in an effort to update our knowledge, reassess current practices, and improve patient outcomes.

1. Describe the results of literature reviewed in journal club and apply these results to relevant practices in the NICU.

1. Neonatal nurses will report a change in practice as a result of this education.
