Patient populations are growing and are expected to continue growing into the next decade. Recent clinical research, pharmaceutical and device trials have been developed to support clinical management of these challenging patients. 1. Promote early identification of cardiovascular disease to allow for clinical management to mitigate disease progression, and to share novel treatment strategies. 2. Employ evidence-based management strategies for the evaluation and treatment of heart failure. 3. Discuss new methods for diagnosing and treating atrial fibrillation.

Registration is FREE for Intermountain Health Caregivers and Affiliated Providers. The registration fee for this conference has been covered for all Intermountain Healthcare caregivers.

Non-Intermountain Health Caregivers and Attendees: $25 

Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy: Full (100%) registration reimbursement for cancellation more than 14 days prior to the beginning of the activity. Half (50%) registration reimbursement for cancellation between four (4) and fourteen (14) days prior to the beginning of the activity. No reimbursement for cancellation three (3) days or less prior to the beginning of the activity.

Exceptions: Exceptions may be allowed only under extenuating circumstances and with approval from the IPCE Director, IPCE Medical Director, and VP for IPCE
