Objectives
  1. Improve knowledge in subspecialty-specific orthopedic care, including the latest advancements, treatment modalities, and surgical techniques
  2. Analyze and evaluate clinical practices, identifying opportunities to adhere to best practices, reduce variation, and enhance patient outcomes.
  3. Apply evidence-based guidelines and best practices to inform clinical decision-making, ensuring the provision of high-quality care.
  4. Lead discussions, facilitate consensus, and engage stakeholders to drive the implementation of best practices within the Intermountain system.
  5. Acquire in-depth knowledge and understanding of the latest developments in subspecialty-based orthopedic care
  6. Enhance clinical knowledge and expertise in subspecialty-based Musculoskeletal care.
  7. Facilitate consistent physician dialogue and collaborative efforts towards clinical improvement.
