This conference will discuss the pathophysiology of prolonged decelerations, an organized approach to the management of prolonged decelerations and the role of teamwork and simulation.

1. Review the pathophysiology of prolonged decelerations
2. Discuss an organized approach to the management of prolonged decelerations
3. Review the role of teamwork and simulation in managing prolonged decelerations

1. Participants will self-report an increase in their knowledge regarding prolonged decelerations and their management.
2. Participants will self-report one change they will make to their practice or performance as a result of this educational event.

In-person and virtual attendance will be available. Please select attendance preference during registration.

Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy: Full (100%) registration reimbursement for cancellation more than 14 days prior to the beginning of the activity. Half (50%) registration reimbursement for cancellation between four (4) and fourteen (14) days prior to the beginning of the activity. No reimbursement for cancellation three (3) days or less prior to the beginning of the activity.
Exceptions: Exceptions may be allowed only under extenuating circumstances and with approval from the IPCE Director, IPCE Medical Director, and AVP for IPCE.
