Overview
Please join us for the annual Intermountain Healthcare Stroke and Rehabilitation Conference. We will discuss relevant evidence-based practice in the stroke continuum of care along with system wide updates on acute stroke interventions and rehabilitation considerations. ACCME Objectives
  1. Discuss relevant evidence based practice in the stroke continuum of care.
  2. System wide update on acute stroke interventions and rehabilitation considerations.

ANCC Learning Outcomes
  1. Participants will self-report an increased knowledge in the area of ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke through improved understanding of best practices and broader implementation of new and emerging science in the area of stroke care. .
  2. Participants will also self-report an increased knowledge regarding methods to increase mobility, independence, and health management at home and will be able to implement this knowledge into their daily practice.

Registration

Registration is Required. Intermountain Employees are Free of Charge. 

Two Days Non-Intermountain Employees:

Physicians $125

Nurses $100

Others $75

One Day Non-Intermountain Employees:

Flat Rate for Everyone $125


Additional Information

Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy Full (100%) registration reimbursement for cancellation more than 14 days prior to the beginning of the activity. Half (50%) registration reimbursement for cancellation between four (4) and fourteen (14) days prior to the beginning of the activity. No reimbursement for cancellation three (3) days or less prior to the beginning of the activity.

Exceptions may be allowed only under extenuating circumstances and with approval from the IPCE Director, IPCE Medical Director and AVP for IPCE.
