The Oncology Education Forum 2025 serves as a pivotal gathering; uniting the medical community in a shared commitment to advance oncology practices within the Intermountain enterprise. Our purpose is to address existing challenges, bridge knowledge disparities, and foster collaboration among oncology caregivers. By creating an immersive environment of knowledge sharing and continuous learning, we aim to empower healthcare professionals with the latest advancements and best practices in oncology. Through interdisciplinary teamwork and addressing clinical inefficiencies, our goal is to optimize patient care and outcomes. The Oncology Education Forum 2025 aspires to build a solid knowledge foundation, cultivating a community of dedicated practitioners who elevate the overall quality of oncology practice, ultimately contributing to improved healthcare experiences and outcomes for patients.

ACCME Objectives
  1. Analyze and discuss oncology advancements and best practices.
  2. Disseminate and implement latest advancements and best practices within the Intermountain Enterprise.

ANCC Learning Outcomes
  1. At the conclusion of this activity, nursing participants will self-report an increase in advanced knowledge and skills in oncology nursing.
  2. At the conclusion of this activity, nursing participants will self-report an increased ability to conduct effective patient / family education to facilitate patient adherence to evidence-based interventions.

Registration

The Oncology Education Forum registration fee is $35 (a virtual option is available).

The cancellation and reimbursement policy allows for full (100%) registration reimbursement for cancellation more than fourteen (14) days prior to the beginning of the activity, half (50%) registration reimbursement for cancellation between four (4) and fourteen (14) days prior to the beginning of the activity, and no reimbursement for cancellation three (3) days or less prior to the beginning of the activity. Exemptions may be allowed only under extenuating circumstances and with approval from the IPCE Director, IPCE Medical Director, and AVP for IPCE.


Accreditation

Intermountain Health is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

AMA PRA Credit
Intermountain Health designates this live activity for a maximum of 6.25* AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™.  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Nursing Credit

Intermountain Health is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

This live activity offers a maximum of 6.25* nursing contact hours. Nurses should claim credit only for those sessions attended. Credit will be awarded with the submission of the activity evaluation.
