Overview
This conference will discuss the management of Category II fetal heart rate tracing (FHT), pathophysiology review of the FHT and identification of the fetus at risk for asphyxia.

ACCME Objectives
  1. Review the pathophysiology of fetal heart rate tracing changes
  2. Identify the fetus at risk for fetal asphyxia
  3. Implement appropriate interventions based on the FHR tracing pathophysiology
  4. Implement new Category II FHT algorithm

ANCC Learning Outcomes
  1. Participants will self-report an increase in their knowledge regarding Category II fetal heart rate tracing interpretation and intervention
  2. Participants will self-report one change they will make to their practice or performance as a result of this educational event.
  3. Participants watching the enduring material will pass the post test with an 80% or higher
