This series meets its purpose by providing regular discussion of current cases in an open forum which allows for collaboration and shared learning. Due to the size of the audience and the number of cases to be covered not all cases an be discussed at length. To address this, pathology conferences are held more frequently.

1. Review recipient selection criteria
2. Discuss quality improvement activities
3. Review a multidisciplinary approach to patients' diagnoses, treatment and overall plan of care
4. Review and discuss patient treatment options with various members of the patient's medical care team.
