Hayley Mollard has been APP (Advanced Practice Provider) on the Trauma Service at Intermountain Medical Center (IMED) since 2015 and worked previously as a General Surgery APP at Park City Intermountain Hospital and Heber Valley Hospital. She is passionate about teaching, improving interdepartmental functions, and has additional administrative responsibilities in Performance and Process Improvement. Her current extracurricular projects include developing a Mastery Learning Program for many APPs across the Intermountain system, onboarding of Trauma Service Residents and Fellows, development of Trauma Grand Rounds curriculum and a Mastery Learning curriculum, and publication of the IMED Trauma Service Quarterly Newsletter. She will be organizing and facilitating a Trauma Simulation during the break-out sessions that focuses on critical thinking skills and life-saving procedures in ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support).
