Tracy L. Cash Bio


Tracy L. Cash has dedicated herself to a meaningful life. She is passionate about supporting others to create lives that are happy and healthyShe truly believes in Intermountain Healthcare’s mission of “helping people live the healthiest lives possible.”

Tracy graduated from Westminster College with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and then earned a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Utah. She has worked in addictions, trauma, and bereavement using play therapy and other methods to help people learn about themselves and develop skills to heal the past and create a happy future.  Tracy has studied mindfulness, meditation, nutrition, spirituality, empowerment practices, change, motivation, neurobiology, and mindset to improve whole-person health within her positions at Intermountain and as an entrepreneur.  Tracy joined Intermountain Healthcare in 2006 and currently works at TOSH as a Social Work Care Manager, Team Lead, Live Well Champion, and Pilates instructor.

Tracy and her husband, John, love to travel and spend time in nature. They enjoy biking, hiking, rock climbing, ice climbing, paddle boarding, strength training, and running.  Pilates has become a cornerstone for Tracy to have more strength for hiking and climbing, and helps her to avoid knee pain while biking. She applies the Pilates basic principles for a stronger body and increased function and confidence.  Tracy and John also have a dog, Kanani, who goes everywhere with them.
