Steven Carlson is a third-year graduate student studying clinical psychology with an emphasis on health at the University of Utah. He is mentored by Dr. Paula Williams, Ph.D and receives additional research and clinical training from Dr. Kelly Baron, Ph.D. His research focuses on the dynamic between biological and psychological processes which regulate sleep. He currently is investigating how neurocognitive processes, including executive functioning and reward drive, interact with biological vulnerabilities to predict delayed bedtime.
